Bulk Reports
The Bulk Reports functionality enables you to manage reports for multiple learners at once.
It is available in the following sections of Learner Manager:
- Enrolments – you must have the Learner Manager Enrolment Reports role to access Bulk Reports in the Enrolments section of Learner Manager. Using Bulk Reports in the Enrolments section enables you to manage learning agreements for multiple learners.
- Applications – you must have the Learner Manager Applications Reports role to access Bulk Reports in the Applications section of Learner Manager. Using Bulk Reports in the Applications section enables you to manage learning agreements and application letters for multiple learners.
- Learners – you must have the Learner Manager Learner Reports role to access Bulk Reports in the Learner section of Learner Manager. Using Bulk Reports in the Learners section enables you to manage learning agreements for multiple learners.
You can use Bulk Reports to:

The Print function in Bulk Reports enables you to bulk print reports for the selected learners.
To bulk print reports:
- Use the Condition Builder to search for and display learner records.

Select the learners that you want to manage reports for.
You can select multiple records using Shift-click (for a series of records), Ctrl-click (for individual records), or Ctrl-A (for all records).

Select the Print option from the Bulk Reports button on the Learner Manager ribbon.
The Print Reports window is displayed.

Select the report you want to print from the Report field and click OK to print the report, or Cancel to cancel the print.
The Application Letter will only be available in the Applications section of Learner Manager.
The Select Printer window is displayed.

Select the printer you want to use from the drop-down list and click OK to print the report, or Cancel to cancel the print.

Using the Request function in Bulk Reports you can request prints of the selected reports.
To request a print:

Use the Condition Builder to search for and display learner records.

Select the learners that you want to manage reports for.
You can select multiple records using Shift-click (for a series of records), Ctrl-click (for individual records), or Ctrl-A (for all records).

Select the Request option from the Bulk Reports button on the Learner Manager ribbon.
The Request Reports window is displayed.
- Select the report you want to request from the Report field and click OK to request the print, or Cancel to cancel the request.

Using the Preview function in Bulk Reports you can preview the report you want to print, without printing it.
Only one report will be displayed regardless of how many learner records are selected.
To preview a report:
- Use the Condition Builder to search for and display learner records.

Select the learners that you want to manage reports for.
You can select multiple records using Shift-click (for a series of records), Ctrl-click (for individual records), or Ctrl-A (for all records).

Select the Preview option from the Bulk Reports button on the Learner Manager ribbon.
The Preview Reports window is displayed.

Select the report you want to preview from the Report field and click OK to preview the report, or Cancel to cancel the preview.
The Application Letter will only be available in the Applications section of Learner Manager.
A new window is opened to display the preview.

The Email function enables you to email multiple learner reports to multiple recipients at once.
To email a report:
- Use the Condition Builder to search for and display learner records.

Select the learners that you want to manage reports for.
You can select multiple records using Shift-click (for a series of records), Ctrl-click (for individual records), or Ctrl-A (for all records).

Select the Email option from the Bulk Reports button on the Learner Manager ribbon.
The Email Reports window will be displayed.

Enter the relevant details for the email.
The fields available on the Email Reports window are described in the following table.

Report | The report that you want to email. Select from the drop-down list. |
Sender | The sender's email address. |

The email address that you want to send the report to. You can search for an email address using the Search button.

Include Selected Learners | Whether to include the selected learners, so learners selected from the grids who have an email address will receive an email. |
Cc |
The email address of anyone that you want to copy into the email. You can search for an email address using the Search button. |
Bcc |
The email address of anyone that you want to blind copy into the email. You can search for an email address using the Search button. |
Subject | The subject of the email. |
Attached | The name of the attached file. |
Format | The format of the email. Select from the drop-down list. |
Body | The body text of the email. |

Click Send to send the email, or Cancel to cancel the email.
The E-Mail confirmation message is displayed to confirm the email has been sent.
- Click OK to close the E-Mail confirmation message.

The Run function enables you to run reports for multiple learners at once.
To run reports:
- Use the Condition Builder to search for and display learner records.

Select the learners that you want to manage reports for.
You can select multiple records using Shift-click (for a series of records), Ctrl-click (for individual records), or Ctrl-A (for all records).

Select the Run option from the Bulk Reports button on the Learner Manager ribbon.
The Run Reports window is displayed.

Select the report you want to run from the Report field and click OK to run the report, or Cancel to cancel the report.
The Application Letter will only be available in the Applications section of Learner Manager.
The selected report will be run.
